David Luck
As well as founding Sustainability and Finance Ltd in 2023, David also serves as Chair of the IEMA Sustainable finance network steering group. Before this he was Head of sustainability for a leading UK investment bank and an investment companies sales specialist for 23 years.

Lewis Cameron
Lewis joins us from PwC CI's multi-award-winning Sustainability and Economics Consulting team. He has a track record of providing strategic economic analysis and sustainability solutions to both private and public sector clients. ​
Lewis holds an MSc in Financial Analysis and Fund Management from the University of Exeter, and a BSc (Hons) in Economics and finance.​

Kishanth Prabhakaran
Kishanth, a graduate of the MSc in Global Sustainability Solutions program at the University of Exeter. As an ESG research intern at SAFL, he gained experience while exploring the role of investment funds in driving sustainability.​

Eugene Philalithis
Eugene, with nearly three decades in finance, led Fidelity International's Multi Asset Investment Management in Europe, managing £50bn. He developed key strategies, including a $15bn multi-asset income plan. Eugene holds a BEng in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Imperial College of Science, Technology and Medicine, and an MBA from the Management School of Imperial College.

Sophie Jackson
Motivated by a passion for driving change, Sophie has actively sought out opportunities to gain interdisciplinary experience related to sustainability. As a University of Exeter UNFCCC delegate at COP26, Sophie's interest in the role of finance in addressing pressing social and environmental challenges was sparked by discussions on 'Finance for Climate Adaptation'.

Seb recently graduated with distinction from the MSc in Global Sustainability Solutions program at the University of Exeter. He was pleased to be offered the opportunity to combine his passion for science, environmental policy, and financial markets to drive positive change as part of the SAFL team.​
